Would you be a cardigan or a turtleneck?

I really, really want sleeves for my wedding dress. The problem is they're just not popular right now, so it's very hard to find dresses with sleeves. I bought a strapless ivory gown, but I still really want sleeves.

I'm getting my dress altered tomorrow, so I need to know what I'm wearing with it before I go... and I sort of had an epiphany. My aunt's old wedding dress has sleeves that I like (though the dress is a different style than what I want to wear), so I thought, what if I wore her dress under mine.

I'm wavering back and forth on how it looks. The dress is ivory, but the sleeves are white... does it work? I would love it if it works, my life would be so much simpler. However, if it doesn't work, I don't want to walk down the aisle looking foolish. Please give me your honest (but tactful) opinions.

I'm sending a friend of mine a medicine bag (along w/ a few candles and other things) and I want a few sugestions on what else to put in it, so far my ideas are rose quartz, quartz, amethyst, kyanite, smoky quartz, sodalite, melachite, unikite, titanium flame, and dumortiertite

these wont all be carried at one time but I want him to be able to chose from stones that will probably be helpful to stick in the bag to carry around.

info on him, he's a cancer aswel as a little bit of what ppl refer to as an indigo ((though he's mostly intune with his higher 4 chakras)), and a musician. he's prone to depression, spiritual attacks, and recently alot of emotional trauma problems from the past aswell as newer situations have been a problem for him.

The other day I was out running errands and I saw the strangest looking vehicle I'd seen in years. It was tiny, carried only two people, and had only one front wheel like a tricycle, but was running on gasoline. I would like to know if anyone knows what this vehicle was, if they are capable of highway speeds, if the law allows them on highways, and where I might acquire one. The thing was dorky looking as anything, so I imagine they must be cheap, and it was tiny so it should be fuel efficient. The reason I ask is that I am on disability with a very fixed income and am in need of a fuel efficient form of transportation. I considered a scooter, but you can't use them when it gets cold or rains. If I could find one of theses things for sale, it would solve so many of my problems. Can somone help me out?

Please someone with experience in taxation can explain to me how this is legal?
Lets say I bought a car for $60,000 dollars and I paid 7% ($4,200) dollars tax at the time to register the car (this is not leasing) after two years If I sell the car for $50,000 dollars the new buyer will have to pay $3,500 dollars in taxes. If the second buyer sells the car one more time the third buyer will also have to pay taxes again. Ok since the government is collecting taxes from every sells, why is the first owner of the car is not entitled to get back his taxes since only its been used for the $10,000 worth of the car, is there any law a such? please serious answers only.

i have been with employer for 3 years, started off as part-time, then slowly went to full-time. it's a small based business that does not offer benefits to begin with. can i ask to go part-time or should i just tell them? the reason being is that i don't want to pay $200/month for after school child care in addition to having her stay at school an extra 2.5 hours every day after school. The other reason is that I would like to qualify for medicaid for the maternal expenses I will be incurring with my pregnancy. I am a single mom which seems that part-time hours/pay would most benefit my child now and the coverage of my child to be born. What are my rights? Thank You.
