There are tons of ick treatment for fish out there.
You can look at the active ingredient on the medicine to see how potent it is.

Ditto to Evelyn on this one. I would only add that when you do your daily 25% water changes be sure to clean the gravel well and also remember to add back only that salt needed for the water you removed! If you do a 25% change, that would be about 5 gallons, so only add back 5 tablespoons of salt.

you should be able to buy some medicine at a pet store or wal-mart. That should clear it up quick. If u dont have money, then my friend said u can put flower, like what u bake with, on the fish, and it'll clear up in a day or so.

very simple
turn the heat up to 88 degrees
scoop out some water from your tank and dissolve 1 tablespoon of aquarium salt per gallon of water, so if you have a 20 gallon, dissolve 20 tablespoons of it in there
then pour it in your tank
Do daily partial waterchanges of 25% until you see no more spots and keep up with the treatment, when the spots are gone, return the temperature to normal and do a 50% waterchange
Hope that helps
Good luck

I'm hoping this is a freshwater tank.
Because some salt water tanks, you wouldn't want to medicate and kill your invertebrates.
