Everytime I go to my doctor they urge me to get more exersize and tell me I am overweight, and need to get into shape (by doing something). Honestly, I dont think Im that bad. I am 6'2'' and weigh about 200 pounds. My weight is pretty evenly distributed...Im not "big" in one area, but Im solid everywhere. I am not muscular, per se, but Im fairly strong. Just not very toned. Anyways, Ive never really even been in bad health...Im doing just fine.
My heart does well, and my blood pressure is a little high (but I attribute that to "white coat syndrome" because when I take it at home its pretty darn normal). Is there something Im not getting???
Why do my doctors keep telling me this, and what are your thoughts on my weight? (I know its hard without actually being around me).
