I was offered a Nurse's Aide job in a Nursing Home a few days ago...... the money I was offered is awesome and I can not wait to start.
I was talking to the lady that hired me about how I got drug tested for a job I applied a few months ago and how the lost my paperwork and I had to drive back to the testing site over an hour away to get re-tested and how much of a pain in the butt that was cuz someone screwed up at the lab.
She laughed at first butt then said she would have been furious if that happened to her.
Anyways... she told me not to worry that they don't do drug testing but I did have to go for a pre-employment physical.
MY QUESTION IS >
What is a pre-employment physical like for a Nursing Home? I've never had a pre-employment physical for a job.... only had drug testing if anything.
If drug testing is not part of it then what else will they do?
Any ideas?

I consider myself a Liberal on social issues and a moderate on ecomonic issues. Even though capitalism is not perfect I believe it can be used for the good of society but left unchecked it also corrupts. What's weird though is that I have always admired men who were against capitalism...like Che Guevara for example. Is it normal to see anti-capitalists as heroes and still support globalization?

Anyone know where where I can find Shounen Onmyouji episode 17+ with Eng subs? Some places have French subs but they're no good for me. I have tried: Veoh, DailyMotion, YouTube, TV Links, Crunchyroll. If you cannot find them does anyone have any idea if it's because the fansub's have given up on this anime or anything past episode 17?

Religion vs Science. I want to give a viewpoint and ask for inputs.

I keep hearing that Science and Religion do not mix. I disagree. I actually think that Science and Religion have the same outcomes. But, since people are unable to think about mixing them, they feel as though they have to choose one or the other.

Consider this...

Big Bang - Science says that the Universe was created by a large explosion that spread matter, dust, gaseous clouds, etc. throughout space. A gaseous cloud gathered dust and formed into a solid and eventually into a ball of dirt and water that we now call Earth. This took billions of years. Could it be possible that this is how God created the Earth? The bible says it was a day, but maybe a day to God can not be measured. Maybe its equal to billions of years. Is it not possible that God created a huge explosion that eventually formed the Earth and that was how he created things?
