Banks probably has some upgrades, but I would not buy Banks parts. They cost way too much for what you get.
Check out a forum, there are many, many other Ford owners that can help you out. They know what works and what doesn't work.

yes gas or diesel. if diesel watch out the increase can be amazing to the point of destruction [i would not wish to be in the same time zone as one of these that is out of control] have fun and take your time learning to use the new found performance.
