There are lots of good veggies, so its best to say a few that won't go that well.
Try to steer well away from pumpkin.
(Even if you like, cut it into pieces)
Squash is not so good.
Cauliflower should be used sparingly. Never just plonk the whole thing on, the kids may leave home.
Then there's boiled cabbage.........*shiver*

Well, the more traditional ones would be onions (red and sweet are good IMO), green peppers (or other color sweet bell peppers), garlic (I used to get a garlic pizza/extra cheese at "The Villa" in Columbia SC--yum!--but they're out of business), mushrooms. Black olives are popular, though some prefer green. Many pizzarias offer jalapenos, bananna peppers. Green onions, shallots, and pineapple are also common.
But there's no reason you can't put any vegetable you like on a pizza. In Yellow Springs OH there's Ha Ha Pizza, which offers broccoli and asparagus. Sauerkraut on a pizza turns out to be surprisingly good (the sauce and provolone make it taste sweet sweet sweet). Fresh tomatoes lend a nice sunny tone.
There was one pizzaria in Cincinnati that used to offer a peanut butter pizza; never tried it--I think they're out of business and maybe they ought to be...
Experiment with different sorts of cheese while you're trying these. Feta, cheddar, monterey jack, whatever you think will complement the flavor of the fruits and veggies you choose as toppings.
The French like to scramble an egg and mix it with the cheese before baking. I find that delicious!

Any kind of veggies you like! Experiment with different stuff until you know. I've seen broccoli and asparagus on pizza. Traditional veggies are peppers, onions, mushrooms and olives but you can really go crazy!

I like just about all veggies on pizza. I used to get broccoli on my pizza in Chicago. Tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, and anything really. My husband likes corn on his pizza.

Eggplant, it's beautiful. And potato too. Had a pizza with both on it called Ortolana once and it was soooo delicious. Eggplant is also known as meat for vegetarians because it's got all the same vitamins you are missing you are missing out on, like mushrooms do too

I like broccoli, onions, mushrooms, green bell peppers, and halved cherry or grape tomatoes. Since I don't put cheese on it, I pile everything high and it's a really satisfying meal.
