We really live inside of a purple pyramid, with thousands dancing pandas worshiping ouside of it. On top of the pyramid there is the Flying Spaghetti Monster. He uses his Italian mushroom powers to drug us and convince us that we really live in an alternate reality. He uses mind-controlling kittens to link our consciousnesses in a vast dome-shaped building filled with old sitcom reruns.

I had this dream last night. Then I realized what it was. Divine revelation. I have finally understood the Spaghetti Monster. He mocks us, posting websites attesting to his existence, knowing nobody will believe him.... UNTIL NOW

Anyway, I plan to post bulletins on Myspace about my experiences with the FSM. I have to get the truth out.

I know this is hard to take, but you must have faith in the Spaghetti Monster! Great rewards of endless pasta await for his followers. To those that disagree: you will suffer an eternity without Parmesan Cheese. Anyway, can you prove me wrong?

She is looking for love and has been going on dates set up by a dating service. A few days ago, she told me she went out with a guy but he was too DARK. He was Middle Eastern. She is Asian-Chinese and has said that she doesn't want to date an Asian, but is looking for a white man or Mexican. I am getting the impression that she is a little racists. I am her friend, and I am African American and her remarks stunn me.

I have found small bugs in my house. Usually under funiture that I moved, in my spare bedroom, and in spare blankets.

They are approx 1/8 inch long. Brown head. Brown and beige striped body, 4 legs, and white underneath.

They move very slowly, and the dead ones I have found seem to be stretched out like a worm and turn a darker colour.

I do have cats, but they have no bugs on them.

I have had a few itchy red bite marks on my body, but I'm not sure if they are related.

Please help!!!! Thank you.

I am a 15 year old girl basketball player. For the past couple weeks i have been getting bad chest and stomach pains. It hurts when i breath and comes at random times. It never effected my sports but now it is starting to hurt when i run. I do not want to go to the doctor and have it be nothing because thats a waste and i dont want them to think im crazy. Any advice on what this is??

(a) I believe that every word is the literal Truth
(b) I believe that the authors were inspired by God but don't believe in every single word
(c) I think it is a useful book, but it isn't in any way "inspired"
(d) I don't value it all really

If the definition you're closest to is unsatisfactory then by all means re-define it. I also know that some of you will agree with different definitions depending on which Testament we are talking about, so feel free to elaborate fully.

I understand he doesn't feel the need to prove himself...that we should just believe because a book tells us to. But...why the punishment then? Why hell if one does not believe? We expect children to believe in Santa on faith alone (or maybe dad stomping around on the roof for some evidence,) but we certainly don't punish the child when he says he no longer believes. Why did God design it that way?

Leave the 2000 year old people out of this...I'm talking about today.

I have a B.S. in Animal Science and passed my state's teacher licensure test for Biology. Now what? I have no experience teaching except as a teacher's assistent in college (which I loved!). What's a good way to gain experience in a short time or would I be better off getting another degree? Science teachers are in high demand here, I shouldn't have trouble getting a job, right? Any advice from teachers who didn't take the traditional route?

I believe immigration is a good thing to have a multi cultural community. But mass immigration is becoming suffocating and in my opinion some immigrant's are just coming to the uk and causing trouble.

I cannot choose whether to learn Spanish or Latin. The only reason I want to take Latin is because I heard it helps in vocabulary. Eg: SAT, ACT. But does learning Latin really make that much of a difference?

This is a sincere question addressed to believers. I have my own answers, but am not certain whether they are correct.
Consider: it is certain that Jesus was a Jew; maybe that resolves the question.
But did he become a Christian at some point?
Or maybe since Jesus was also God, there was no need for him to belong to any religion, since the notion of religion involves justification and eternal salvation: Jesus had no need of justification and salvation since he was the Second Person of the Trinity, he was God?
Please resolve. Thanks in advance.
