I have asthma and my husband and I plan on moving to Denver Co. I am concerned that the altitude will effect my asthma. Does anyone know weather or not it is a good place to live if you have asthma?

A review of 100 cities show Denver is rated #97.
Denver is a great place to reside with respiratory illness.
The worst cities are:
#1 Knoxville, Tennessee and #2 Memphis.

Denver is pretty good with air quality, etc. Though, with population growing and sprawl, car exhaust will get worse.

Also, Denver has the best asthma hospital/research facility in the country at National Jewish, so you will have access to excellent pulmonary and immunology care!

I have terrible asthma, and being that were at a higher altitude naturally it makes it a little harder to breathe say verses Florida or somthing. Its NOT one of the best places for asthma, thats for sure!!
