My dream career is to be an art therapist, and a lot of schools which I'm applying to require portfolios. I recently had my school schedule changed to include an art class - I got "Painting I". I consider myself artistic, but painting is my weak point, especially watercolor. Does anyone have any suggestions for improving or for preparing for this class? I've already done basics with acrylic and watercolor in a multi-media art class, but nothing impressive.

I have always been the person that works quickly and always needs something to work on while at work. At home it can be a different story. But I always feel guilty about not having anything to do and being a salaried worker. So I am obligated to stay the rest of the day. I've even gotten a weeks worth of work done in two days before, when I was taking my time....and I really was going at a pace anyone else would.

heres the joke......
a guy just bought a new wrist watch and is on top of a building. He takes it off and starts to look at it, then he dropes it of the building. he runs down the stairs and out the building and put his hands up to catch it. On lookers ask " why do u have ur hand up like ur gona catch something?" he says "i droped my watch off of that building and im waiting for it" the people respond "well wouldn't it b on the floor?" (looking around).
He says "NO its 5 minutes slow"

It is fat in the lower part of my abs, like baby fat that never went away. Even when I weighed only 120 lbs, I still had the pudgy tummy. I need help with any tips that I can use to make it go away. Preferably if offering exercise suggestions that they are easy on the back, I have a 25% shift forward in my spine due to fractures in my vertibrae that causes me some difficulty when exercising.

A guy has asked me out and i said yes! he gives me allot of attention when i see him, and when i walk past him in work he pokes me often! but when he doesnt, i just walk straight past him! is there anything i could do?
and how should i compliment him>? he always sais im pretty and stuff, i just find it hard complimenting guys ??
