As commissioner, shouldn't he be "proactive"? He is not even being "reactive".

lobbying and if the fans were in charge he would be gone in a mintues's time.
but he is a shill for the owners and will stay ..... to long for all of us

He is hired and fired by the owners. The commissioner is an employee of the owners.
