You can just use water to wash it off. Or use baby oil or in generic terms mineral oil.

Get Almay's Oil-free Eye Makeup Remover Pads ($6). They are presoaked wipes that remove the toughest eyemakeup - including WATERPROOF mascara.
Just simply wipe the pad over the lashes, allowing the pad to soak through the lashes for a moment, and swipe. Because the skin around the eyes is very delicate, remember to use gentle, but firm motions - this may be a bit time consuming (approx 30 seconds per eye), but the results are well-worth it.
Afterwards, just get a q-tip and simply clean up around the edges to remove any excess residue.
*By the way, these pads are Non-Oily, are opthamalogist tested, and are safe for contact lens wearers. So don't be afraid that your eyes will get damaged ; please avoid products that are not intended for eye use such as lotions, vaselines, baby oil, mineral oil etc. for removing mascara. These are not safe for the eyes and are not as effective.

Since you don't wear anything else, I would go with special EYE makeup remover. There are facial cloths, etc with all over makeup remover in them but these aren't needed. Just a simple cleansing system for your skin type for dirt and oil, and a separate eye makeup remover. Use the remover first, then you can get the residue from it with your cleansing products. Finish with some sort of moisturizer.
Also pay attention to whether or not your mascara is waterproof and use the right eye makeup remover, because they dissolve with different ingredients.

Usuall soap and water should do the trick. But if it's still not coming as easily get some eye makeup remover. I like to get the oil based ones, they take makeup off a lot easier then the the water based ones. Or if you already have baby oil at home you could use that and just take some cotton balls and gently rub it off. You don't ever want to be rough with you skin!! If you get the oil based ones, DON'T forget to shake it before you use it since oil and water separate when still.

Vaseline is an oil based product and create an pimples difficulty. i don't be attentive to if it works or no longer, yet i exploit the Mary Kay Eye makeup remover. it is so comfortable to eyes it incredibly is risk-free for touch use and mascara looks to soften off. you may get it from a close-by Mary Kay representative or w w w . m a r y ok a y . c o m / r e b e c c a. No areas, yet I had to style it that way because of the fact my laptop rerouts me if i do no longer.

I just use a warm washcloth that I lay on over my eyes for a few minutes. It comes right off & is cheaper than buying a remover from the store. Vaseline will be too messy to use.

My favorite is by Estee Lauder, and it's just called eye make-up remover. Lancome also has a very good eye make-up remover.
