There is a huge litter of white rats at my local animal shelter and I really want to adopt one. I've been researching about pet rats for about 8 years and I've finally convinced my parents that I can take care of one. Is there any specific cage that is good for rats? What kind of toys do they like (I know toys they can chew on, but any more specific suggestions)? Does anyone have any helpful hints about caring for ratties (I'm going to buy one of those pet rat care books, but still)? Thank you!

my mom said it might be a splinter that got stuck there? idk because i dont remember getting a splinter & it kinda hurts when i press it. i can feel a bump and it looks like a hole in my toe but its not. i have no idea what it is. any help?

I personally think they are ridiculous, and see no direct meaning. I can understand a possible drug screen, or a major criminal record, but the credit, and drawn out employment and lien's and bankruptcy bit is unfair. They have agencies that actually do them for companies. I personally appreciate the olden days of taking people at face value untill proven otherwise. I think it's just a ridiculous jump on the bandwagon service, and I don't see it relevant. How do other people feel?

last week at work my acting supervisor whom i did not get along with was the only one ther the rest wer on vacation together, i got confronted in the main dining hall of a facility of a center for mentally ill adults where riots are easily broken out, I did what i had been trained to so in a situation like this go to my acting supervisor and let them handle it, but the supervisor ushered me out the side door of the office building aand the woman who was yelling at me was standing there waiting on me and she had back up (other staff member) the supervisor didnt do anything I ask if we could go in the office and discuss this situation but he told me no he had my badge and radio and he accepted that as my resiginitation. the one who started it is still working and didnt even get sent home for the day. now I havaeto wait until next monday when the owner returns to work to know if i have a job or not and my hussband whom i love dearly is treating me differently now that i dont have money

Vm ware opened 80% today and I wanted to get in but I tried buying shares at $35 and I couldnt buy any. How do people buy stocks before the ipo's skyrocket. I do have a B.A. in history, however, being a chick, I never got into military history....until now.

I'm planning on writing a war novel in the near future and my question is this:

Would a division of British troops (in WWII) fight strictly in North Africa during the Battle of El Alamein or would they go on to fight the war in other parts of Europe (excluding Russia)?

The tractor is a 110 TLB. It has a backhoe attachment on the back. We are planning on doing all kinds of work such as land clearing, stump removal, leveling, bushhogging, septic tanks, etc. We don't want our names in the title, but we do live in Northern Arkansas in the Ozarks. I've seen alot of similar services with Tractor and Backhoe Services in the title. Is this good or does something else sound better. Any help would be great.

we have been together for 4 1/2 yrs. now and she wont let my husbands child come to our house because she dont like me, eventhough she has never given me a chance. is that legal or what do we do because it probably makes him think his dad dosent care which is not true. and she tells him that he cant come here cuz i'm a bad mom. i feel i am a pretty good mom. and shes the bad mom cuz she wont let her son see his father because of her jealously. help what do we do
