I just had a baby in June and I was wondering who would be better claiming her, me or my boyfriend? We both earn about the same amount of money. However, I both sold and bought a home this year. He is not named in either sale. Who's better off claiming the baby?

PS- We both will share the money since we live together and have our savings together, so whoever gets more......

I can't seem to find this info on the internet. We are new landlords and it has come to our attention that our tenant changed the locks on our rental property. Is this legal? If not what do I need to do to make them aware what they did isn't the way it should be, and to get a key to the property? We live in the state of PA.

I started seeing a psychologist after I broke up with my ex who cheated on me. It's been about 3 months since I started getting counseling. Although I feel like I should already move on with the thoughts of my ex but I still can't. My psychologist says it is ok to think about my ex as long as I accecpt my feelings. By trying to supress my feelings, I am making myself feel bad, according to my psychologist.

I've been seeing him every 2 weeks lately. The first week after I talk to my psychologist, I feel good about myself like I am moving on with my life and doing something good for myself. But the following week, I feel horrible that I think about my ex and feel depressed to the point where I want to sleeping pills so I go to sleep and not think about him. Once I talk to my psychologist, I start the cycle all over again. One week I'm OK, next week I'm depressed.

Am I being dependent on counseling? What can I do to feel better so I get better sooner?

the dentist I previously used did not use a liner when filling a few cavities. From what I understand this insulates your mouth from hot and cold changes. I had horrible sensitivity for a month and sometimes my mouth would throb so bad it would keep me up at night. I still am sensitive to the cold in these teeth. I learned that liners with certain properties can also help regenerate the tissues inside of your teeth. I was wondering if anyone knew if lack of a liner will cause any longterm damage to my teeth and if I might have to have work done later because of this?

If a young guy - who has some really excellent hockey skills and is about 6 ft. tall - has been in trouble with the law (drinking under age; disturbing the peace, etc. - minor type infractions) and was kicked out of high school.....do teams take this into consideration whether they pick him up or not?

I am Breast feeding and I am letting down on both sides. I would like to be able to breastfeed in public. Muslim men have cut & pasted stats here to stress their claim that women in the West are raped more because we "aren't modest," & we show our bare elbows & kneecaps in summer. I need to make a few things clear in response ...

1. Up-to-date stats on criminal activity in the US & Canada are readily available,so it's easy to cut & paste them to here,

2. Islamic countries DON'T recognize rape or sexual assault as a crime so stats aren't kept on this heinous offence & even if they were, the information wouldn't be considered important enough to keep updated.

3. Rape in the West OR Mid East doesn't happen due to lack of modesty!

RAPE IS A CRIME OF MEN CLAIMING POWER OVER WOMEN, IT'S NOT ABOUT SEX!

IT'S TO DONE TO DEGRADE, HUMILIATE & HURT WOMEN, NOT TO GET YOUR X OFF!

Muslims are raped too. Modesty, is over-rated.

Well, my daughter is home now. We got her back in the school and she says she hasn't smoked pot in a while now. Now, I want a divorce, this is why my daughter came home in the first place. I sent her an e-mail telling her I was asking her father for a divorce, so she came home. But I'm not sure this is the right thing to do for now. I don't want to put my daughter in between all of this mess right now. What should I do?

the blonde reported for her university finals examination
wich consits of "yes/no" type questions.

she takes her seat in the examination hall, stares at the question paper for five minutes then in a fit of inspiration takes her purse out, removes a coin and starts tossing the coin and marking the answer sheet-yes for heads and no for tails>

within a halfan hour, she is all done whereas the rest of the class is sweating out.

during the last few minutes, she is seen desperately throwing the coin, swearing and sweating.

the moderator, alarmed,approaches her and ask what is going on.

"i finshed the exam in half an hour, but" she says
"i am recheking my answers."

I was chatting with a online friend one night and sharing memories....he shared one of fireflies with me....I myself have never in all my life seen a firefly. After talking some more ...i asked hime ......"Nwo...sounds like a poem in there somewhere...mind if i try to write one?"

This is what i wrote .......

Fireflies
On a cold Winter Night....
A man remembers a time of a boy in the warmth of summer
of catching fireflies to make a special light
Dancing in the forest to a silent ceremony in the night
the young boys' heart sings in the memory of time.

The boy is all grown and now in the time of a Man
He sees their flight leading toward extinction
A fear that time will show a fading light in the darkness
Yet the boy that still exists in the heart, he sings
Sings a hearts' song of time in the memory

A warming Heart Song
nothing can take that away...not even time.

This is why I get sick and tired of people on here!

I just got a notice for a best answer, so I was looking at the others that mine was up against and it was about "when do you think the world will end" and one answer said....get this..."12/21/12....it's in the bible"

Does it get you angry, even if you don't believe in the bible, to see people make blatent lies like that, not out of humor or sarcasm, but out of ignorance?

And not only about the bible, but any book or movie saying "Oh evolution says we came from monkies" or other things like that?
