i have two walls.. 1 in hall and 1 in kitchen.. both are 10' x 10'... how to decorate them in a cost effective way...

I recently watched a Michael Moore movie about Flint, Michigan called Roger and Me. I talked about how devastating a GM plant closing was on the Flint community. The movie was ok, albeit quite biased for a documentary. Most of it involved the evictions, unemployment, and poverty caused by the closings. Michael apparent thought that he could solve these problems by getting the chairman of GM to come see the situation. Of course he didn't succeed. The city of Flint also tried opening entertainment centers in the hope of attracting tourists and creating new jobs for the impoverished. The centers went bankrupt in months.
Now, I want to ask you, if you were the mayor/leader of an area that has suffered a catastrophe like that of Flint Michigan. (any event that results in deaths, damages, umemployment, etc like a hurricane or business closing), what would you do to fix the situation? Who would be responisble for taking care of the damage costs and the poor? The rich? The middle class?

I have had the runarounds with the BMV for years and I am just about to get my license back and this will re-suspend it again and cost me another $400 right after I pay them $325 to get it re-instated. Can anyone help me on a way to fix this? I have no way to show proof of insurance because it was my X wifes vehicle and she will not help me.

Ok I'm not sure what it's called for an officer, so I just said enlisting. But I'm debating on whether or not to enlist or go to OCS. My reason for wanting to enlist is, I can keep enlisting (as in, serve a commitment, take a break, and do it again)... can I do that as an officer?

why is there no cold water coming out upstairs e.g the bath taps and toilet but there is cold water downstairs in the kitchen taps, is this normal? can anyone advise me anything? because if this is a small error then there is no need for me to call a plumber

What if computer companies started making computers that only worked with Roadrunner? Or could only access the internet through AT&T's dsl?
Or Tv's that could only work with Direct Tv satalite?

I'm on the Oregon coast in Florence. I checked the tide tables and they seem low enough. What is the best time to Crab? I heard its something like and hour before or and hour after high or low tide. Why my Y/A looks different. It looks very standard, and everything is on one side of the page over lapping. it was working fine yesterday, and now it looks very basic. No colors, Everything is in Times New Roman and Italics. Has this happened to you? What can I do?

Say instead of spirit you say that it is your matter(organic tissue) is reused to form more life and travels through many beings. For example I know my muscles are made from protien taken from other organing life, that wich was dead is now used to make life by me.
If I am buried when I die worms will eat me and birds will eat the worms, people may eat the eggs and in that way I feel connection.
