Life is a huge challenge for us all.... some people have it worse than others but that is our destiny and we must ride out The Storm by keeping our thoughts calm as we may during the rough times !
It's NOT easy, it's not suppose to be I guess.
I'm feeling very good this past month, but I'd experienced huge anxiety and depression issues after my mother's death, I felt like I was in hell for over 5 years..... I learned to keep real busy with my job and then just come home and sleep.... that helped keep me sane .
There is HOPE for you as well my dear..... you too will feel well again !
Hang in there and make plans to keep your mind occupied with chores and hard work.... that seems to help better than drugs , drugs only mask a situation & cause other harmful effects to your future

Seek help. If this happens often, have a phone number handy to speak to a counselor or therapist, especially if your thoughts become suicidal. If what you are feeling is truly depression, go to the nearest free family medical clinic to speak to a qualified medical professional who can analyze your situation. If you're just feeling "down in the dumps" I would suggest doing some physical exercise to get your blood pumping while getting more oxygen to your brain to help brain function. Eating well and regularly is also advisable. It is good for your mind as well as your body. Many people who are depressed think they can just "snap themselves out of it." This is usually not the case as serious depression is most times a chemical imbalance that needs to be stabilized. I hope this has been helpful.

I take my two dogs to the beach at night, and just sit on a wooden chair and relax. The reason why I go at night because there's not a lot of people that are yelling and talking and just running around. At night, the waves calm you down, looking at the moon & stars relaxes you, and even having your two dogs adds a little more relaxation and fun to your day. But, suicide won't help get rid of depression, and neither does cutting...it makes it so much worse and you'll regret it. I never in my life thought about doing that, and never will!

I write it down. Or I draw. Or do something to let the sadness out. Even listening to a few happy songs helps. Also, if you are constantly sad for no reason, you could have depression, or even bipolar. If you are sad for no reason, and continue to be sad/ sad suddenly, go see a coulnselor or doctor, because medicine can make you feel better, but only if you have an actual problem. I wish the best of luck to you.

No it isn't worth it. God put every one on this earth for a reason, try to figure out what it is. Everyone is good at something, no matter how small, find this and work on the positive.

you're really bad off when thoughts of suicide creep in. talk to your family Dr. and get a referral to one who can help you before your thinking "escalates!"

normally if you set your mind on all you have to be thankful for and realize others are worse off than you in this world! Also, count your Blessings. you will see!

hope this helps!
