well discussion opened up in our house - hubby wants New York in the 1920's prohibition galore! The time and place to be eh! I personally would love to go back to the early 1800's but I would be a rich person and get to wear all the gorg clothes and come out in society - spend all day sitting around reading, dinner parties! Instead of chasing round after 4 mad kids. Another era would be the 50's I would love to of met Grace Kelly, Audrey Hepburn at the height of their careers - meet them for cocktails and a gossip!

You would actually choose to live among a race of people whom you despise - shame on you for being a hypocrite and a racist bigot Doctor John!
I would go back to 1965 when Britain was a green and pleasant land.

I would go back to the 1960's in Alabama. I would give me the greatest honor to see the real Martin Luther King Jr., to really just be in his presence. He's done so much for our world in the acceptance of colors that there could be no today if he wasn't alive. I still wish that he had not been assassinated.

September 10 2001, start calling all the airlines and airports warning against possible hijackings. That way I would save thousands of people's lives and take away from wacko Busch and Co. the chance to use that tragedy as an excuse for war and corruption.

Stone age Europe. Like Clan of the Cave Bear books. Although I would have all my dental work done and my appendix removed first!

I would like to go back just to the early 1800's to try and sort out my maternal Family Tree - elusive boating family. Just need an hour with my Gt. Gt. grandparents.

I'd go back to a time before humanity as we know it, maybe the time of the dinosaurs to see what a totally unspoilt planet earth looked, felt, smelt like.

I'd go FORWARD in time, perhaps 100 years when human beings were extinct (global warming, over population, fighting) and have the whole world to myself. Oh.. sorry.. with my wife! DB
