if so what would u need to get a visa to visit england?? would an invitation to stay with a family for your stay be enough?

It depends on a few things... where are you a resident? If you are a Moroccan citizen you will need a Visa, a reason for visiting (like an invitation), proof of work, proof of vacation time approved by your employer, proof is insurance, proof of financial support, etc... It's not easy to visit places if you are a Moroccan citizen, unfortunately. If you are American, you can visit for a short time with no Visa.

The person trying to get the visa is going to have to prove that they have stong enough connections to Morocco (a business etc) that they will come back. If they think the person won't return to Morocco they will not give a Visa.
