Hello,

Family and/or job circumstances are requiring me and my family to leave out of town, in fact, out of the country. Therefore, I need to break my rental agreement. I am located in Massachusetts and we have a standard Mass lease agreement.

Obviously, we would like to be able to break our lease without paying any fees and/or penalties.

My question is, what are our options under Massachusetts law?

We know that we could attempt to find another tenant and if our landlord agrees, everything would be all set, but we have a limited time left in the country and we may not be able to find a tenant on time. On the other hand, I wouldn't like to leave the landlord high and dry and just pack up and leave; besides, there is a chance that we might return back to Mass in a couple years, so we would rather not be in any legal/financial trouble (like having our credit history damaged, etc).

Thanks in advance.

first thing that happened was i started skateboarding down a road and i turned the corner and looked up to see a valtur/puffin/seagull-looking bird on the wires over my head. 2 or 3 guys were trying to kill it and then the bird pooped and i dodged it before it hit me. after that i got picked up by some guy with some sort of power(can't remeber wht it was)and he told me i had to start saving people with special powers like him.
after i got out of his truck i ended up in a hostpital-looking place and met a baby that could talk and was really smart, but he was about to die and i had too save him. his special power was to heal other people and the bird that tried to poop on me turned out to be his and he has the ability to see what the bird sees. also he had an older brother who looked about 4 and was also realy smart. it turned out i had to fix a pipe conected to the baby to save him and a dark haired girl(she seemed like a friend)and i managed to save the baby, but his bro wasnt happy.

I have seen it attributed to Benjamin Franklin in Poor Richard's Almanac. Also, is it the correct original saying -

For want of a nail a shoe was lost,
for want of a shoe a horse was lost,
for want of a horse a rider was lost,
for want of a rider an army was lost,
for want of an army a battle was lost,
for want of a battle the war was lost,
for want of the war the kingdom was lost,
and all for the want of a little horseshoe nail.

Thanks...

I'm looking for dates in Greek Mythology. Are there any original sources (like Hesiod or Ovid) that give us any clues as to when events happened?

For instance, when did Cronos swallow his children? When was the Titanomachy (when the Gods struck out against the ruling Titans) and when was the Giantomachy (when the Giants struck back against the Gods)? Did all this take place in 10 million BC or was it 10,000 BC?

Plato tells us that Atlantis sunk around 9600BC, but when did everything else happen? If you have any other landmark dates

Please note that I'm looking for mythological dates (i.e. concerning greek gods), not historical dates (i.e. concerning greek men and women).

Thanks for your insights!

I have the hardest time throwing out things. My mother and father have imbedded into my head not to waste. I have books, cds, computer stuff, clothes. Until recently it didn't bother me until I got married. I want an apartment that looks like the NYC apartments in Metropolitan Home, but on a low budget. What can i do to prioritize?

Ok, so my car started fine this morning, went to church . When i got back to my car about 90 minutes later the car was completely dead. Not even the dome light. I get someone to jump it. When I get back to get ready a small glow in the dome light. Jump the car (when we connected the cables my friends car didn't even dip in RPM's) the car started. Drove it 10 minutes home, not much time to charge a battery but I wasn't sure if the battery could still hold a charge so I tried starting it. It started fine after only charging 10 minutes. Went to my car an hour later with a battery charger. When I first hooked it up the needle started at 50% and within a minute was at 100%. That didn't make since. Could it have been a fluke? Should I just go ahead and change the battery? I travel an hour to work and would hate to get stranded at the same time why waste money if it seems ok?

OK that should set a few of you off. Please read it all.
If you blindly follow party lines, you are a victim…. their process has worked and they have a vote and they have divided us.
Remember, the oldest tactic is to divide and conquer.
Who? Us…American citizens.
The political system in America has grown into a large and nasty beast. This beast is hungry. It eats people, also known as “votes”. This beast has no regard for you and I, just for our support and the voting booth and our ability to make money so the government share can be confiscated.
It should be painfully obvious to anyone who has ever cracked open a history book (an old one not one of the “new and approved” ones) that what is going on has happened before. Many of the old political systems went through all of the processes we see going on now.
Some of you keep screaming Nazi without the slightest clue of who or what they were. There are politicians today that are trying to use the nazi tactics as well as many other tactics from political and military history.
Read up on these things…..know your opponent. Freedom is being stolen from us continuously.
Please pay attention to ALL politicians and take time to research what they say. Their ideas are not new, but they are effective in swaying opinions.
What do you think?

I've been dating a guy on and off since December. Things finally started going well this Summer. I left for vacation, felt like we were still going strong, but now that I've been back since Tuesday, he hasn't called. While I was away, I left him a voicemail and texted him a few times to let him know I was thinking about him. He has been divorced for just over a year, and it has been hard for him. He's also a busy professional. However, I think it is a bad sign that I've been back since Tuesday and he hasn't shown any interest. How long would you wait before confronting the issue? I don't want to be the annoying girl who jumps the gun, but I also don't want to keep my hopes up too long...your input is appreciated!

Her name is Delilah and she's almost two months old. She lives with with two other dogs in the house but is alone when it's bed time. Every night before I'm about to go to sleep she goes nuts, bouncing from the bed to one corner at lightning speed. She will also attack anything that moves the slightest bit. I'll try to play with her for a bit, so I can get some rest, but nothing works. And if I try to ignore it and go to bed she'll attack everything from my toes, hands, shoulders, and eyes. Is there anything I can do?

Providing he isn't incarcerated for financial irregularities or just being a knob, I think Galloway might just take this ward. He is already appealing to the anti-war and homophobic elements of the constituency in poplar and canning town, by making heavy weather of Fitzpatrick's record on voting for the war and gay rights. Whatever can be said about Galloway, there can be no doubt he is the king of the opportunists!

In Control Panel I change the 'settings' from the default of 640x480 to 1024x768 and it stays for the duration of current use but defaults when a restart or reboot is called for.
Any help gratefully accepted.
