Its summer and I cannot get to a bookstore. Is there anything good online to read? I'll even settle for good fanfiction, but only if its Harry Potter.

The library in my area sucks. I've read almost everything worth reading in there.

Try hitting Project Guttenberg or World Wide School. All e-books there are in the public domain, so their free to download. You can find Washington Irving, Jane Austen, Edgar Allan Poe, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Herman Melville, Nathaniel Hawthorne, L. Frank Baum, William Shakespear, James Fenimore Cooper, Agatha Christie, Harriet Beecher Stowe, Bram Stoker, etc.

Well, you might try going to the library, they have good books, plus I think it is a WHOLE lot better than reading stuff online.
