I have recently been dealing with the same type of issues. Only mine is with eggs. I used to eat them all the time now when I do I get heartburn, my throat and inner ears start to itch too. I was told that as you get older your body and hormones can change and therefore you can suddenly become allergic to something you never once had a problem with before. My doctors advice, don't eat eggs..lol.
I would disscuss this with your doctor, if your taking any meds this may be a result too.

Do you have a reaction to these fruits only when they are raw? If so, it is probably oral allergy syndrome. It is linked with pollen allergies. Allergy desensitation shots for pollen will cause this to go away also. I used to be allergic to almost all raw fruits and vegetables. Just getting the juice on my skin would make me break out in a rash. After being on desensitation shots for five years, my allergy to raw fruits and vegetables went away!
