The first thing that came to my mind was tramp but I thought that was a little bit too drastic. I think cake face is a nicer way to state that the girl wears too much make up... a little funny, too.

i used to wear eyeliner and some people would say it looked good and some people would say it looks un natural and bad on me. So then i stopped wearing it and now like 3 boys like me.looking natural is the best way to look and you sould only wear unatural looking makeup when you go to a party or a dance. If you like makeup so much try lighter lipglosses, and just a little bit of mascara. Makeup faces are sometimes considered sluts because in the movies you always see sluts wearing alot of makeup. I think you should consider the things people say to you as advice. If their calling you a slut that either means you should stop wearing so much makeup or their just jealous of how good you look with it on. but my oppinion is to go for a more natural look!

3) A girl who just doesn't KNOW how to apply makeup the correct way, or
