How many of you went to church today? Also, who else thinks we should all get off of here and spend some time with our families? That's what I am going to do right now. Godd day =)

Went swimming today and it was fun...until the dark clouds came. Now we are back....some great answers...and you know you don't have to go to church to have a personal relationship with Jesus...but he doesn't want us to worship alone. There are tons of people who have gone to church for years and still have no relationship with Christ. Just by doing the 10 commandments isn't going to get you anywhere.....he wants to be your friend, father, and brother.

Went to church and worship rocked. This is the only question I'm answering and yes, I am going to spend the rest of the day with my family. Jesus loves all of you. Be blessed.

You are so right! My son came in here and lambasted me for being on Yahoo answers.
I didn't go to church today but have spent the time I would have spent in church seriously considering questions about God and trying to answer in a manner consistent with the Bible and my experiences with Him, church, and other believers.
Church is not the only place where you can worship God or serve Him. He asked us to take His message to the world.
But thanks for reminding me I need to spend time with my family.

I did not go to Church today. I havent been to church in over 10 yrs, however God has still blessed my family and I tremendously in our lives. And yes, I am planning to spend time with my family today too! ; )

Am I the only non-christian that just had to look? Sorry, I cant help it. I hope you enjoy your family time. My husband is returning tonight from being in Alaska for over a month. It will be nice to be a family again. Have a great day!

ni did go to church had a fellowship diner , listened to good music, i am at home enjoying family time with kids and friend and laying on recliner take a cat nap under the air conditioner while the kids are playing in their playhouse

Yes your right about spending time with family! I didn't make it this morning to church but, will at 4pm today! I felt so lazy and didn't want to go to 10 am mass..I wasn't awake and motivated.
