I've been taking it for four days so far. It says to take it up to 10, so I know that it still has some time to finish working. I just wanted to know when people usually feel totally relieved from the symptoms... does it take the full 10 days?

I want to lose 30lbs but I don't want to go on a diet....it's hard for me to diet since I have a husband and 2 kids to cook for everyday. So being on a diet is hard for me. Is there any way for me to lose the weight without dieting? I drink diet soda and green tea. And I only consume about 1500-2000 calories a day. But my excercise is very low. I just need some encouragment. Please help!!!! Thanks!!!

so i had this friend who at the end of the school year started treating me really badly and calling me names that im waaay to modest to even say.. i ended up telling her that if she kept treating me like that she'd drive me away. she also shared some very personal information of mine with i guy whom id just started dating against my wishes. sence i quit talking to her she's left really immature bullitans on myspace at me... however i haven't responded bc i think its rediculous. two days ago she left this pic of the two of us on my myspace so i messaged her and told her how she hurt me but am willing to try to be friends with her again... did i do the right thing? she responded and said she missed me and was sorry... what should i do? thanks.

I live as I please, have never commited a crime, and take care of my family. I do not believe any of the religions to be true. My personal life is my own business and would probably be enough to send some of you to therapy. If someone wishes to discuss religion, I'm all for that. If someone wants to preach at me, and does not stop when I tell them to, they're paid for. I value life more than most of those who actually wrote the scriptures, but will lose no sleep over taking it away in the right circumstances. I respect those who show respect, and consider those who do not show common courtesy less than dogs. I believe that if there is a hell, it is reserved for religious people who drive others away from their religion through their own ignorance. I also believe that the majority of the population doesn't have the intellect to discuss emotional issues rationally. I still don't understand why anyone would push their beliefs to the point of destroying any interest the listener may have.

Like em or not , FoxNews is #1 . That's fact . Ok now , many Democratic candidates have made many disparaging remarks about Fox , and some have even gone so far as to demand that Fox give equal airtime to the left . . . .which is bs anyway imo . (btw , I don't think CNN should be forced to give equal time to the right either)
Edwards and others have refused to even appear on Fox , and most of the Democratic candidates won't participate in a Fox sponsored debate . . . .. . . won't participate on the #1 most watched news in the country .

Considering the above , and the over-whelming popularity of Fox amongst AMERICANS . . . . . Do You Think The Democratic Party candidates are shooting themselves in the foot ?
Don't get me wrong , I don't mind if they do , but doncha think the American public will be wise enough come election time , to see that the Democrats are avoiding confrontation on their views ?
And doncha think a LEADER should be willing to confront ALL sides ?

I had a nightmare that my mom and I were outside of a store in my car parked on the side of the street. She was in the back seat and I in the driver's seat. All of a sudden two males came running out of the store. One with a small bag the other just running. They ran past my car and behind it. It seemed they were running to a pick up truck parked behind me. There were alot of ppl on the street watching. An older man, which I'm guessing was the owner came out shooting at these two men. One got away, the other however whom I was watching in my rearview mirror was shot in the right arm and leg. Upon me screaming, the old man turned to my car and stuck the gun in the back window where my mother was and I tried to start the car up and take of , but he just started shooting and shooting and she was screaming, then I tried to pull off and he shot me like 3 times and then he turned to an elderly lady on the sidewalk and shot her. I have NO IDEA where this came from. Wowzers! HELP!

I have a BMW 3 series that I liked at first but feel total impractical using, its a 2 door. I am nervous driving it because I feel so small compared to my Honda Accord that I used to have. I am considering selling the BMW and buying a cheaper Honda Passport that I really like. I would not have a car payment, and I plan to move to Colorado next year and the BMW is probably not the best car for Colorado winters.
What would you do? I think I am driving my husband bonkers.

I read somewhere that the whole thing about werewolves and the moon only existed in greece and was just another variant of the werewolf myth. And that it was later that authors and hollywood knitpicked this belief to add more to the werewolf tale. Anyone hear of this?

If you look at the English league or Spanish league, or infact most other leagues you usually get scores of 2-1 or 3-2 or even higher, why is it Americans complain about this. If you look at the english league you only see a couple of 0-0 draws over many weeks. In American football a game can last up to 4 hours and over that time the score are often only in the 20s or even less.
Do Americans not realise that the reason why the points difference is so big is due to the fact that you get 6 points for a touchdown and then an extra point for the mighty hard part of kicking a ball over and between an unguarded goal, also another point for doing the same thing in open play. A game of football lasts at most 1 hour 50 mins(from start to finish) and you only get 1 goal(point) for a goal. Australia beat Samoa 31-0 in soccer yet the highest score I can find in NFL is Washington (72)vs. N.Y. Giants (41),if you break it down, this is only 10-5 touchdowns at best.Why do you say this is the reason?

How do you get over someone that you have always loved? I have no idea how he feels about me anymore. After two years of not seeing him I thought I was over him. Then I saw him and those feelings were all still there. I have dated other guys and seen what is out there. It just is not helping. Things were over between us because he had personal things to work out. It had nothing to do with his relationship with me.
