How do you get over someone that you have always loved? I have no idea how he feels about me anymore. After two years of not seeing him I thought I was over him. Then I saw him and those feelings were all still there. I have dated other guys and seen what is out there. It just is not helping. Things were over between us because he had personal things to work out. It had nothing to do with his relationship with me.

Frist step is to understand better why you still think so much about him. And no its not just that wonderful heart of yours, but it does play its part. The biggest thing your dealing with is that chances are he was the closes, so far that you've been towards having a geniune relationship. This is going to hurt you greatly just because of how much it makes this relationship mean so much more then any other. This takes power, influence, and bond away from any other relationships you might have, see usually the only thing that helps us get past this is our friendships, without that were pretty alone in this affair which makes doing better for ourselves, extremely hard.... were not the best judge of our own charater you see. The other thing is that there is still hope, hope that he'll get over his personal things, hope that he'll come back to lovin you, hope, hunnie in this situation more then anything is making life heck for you. Because deep down you know, you can't have no faith in this guy.... but you still hope, till you can let go of that, its just going to continue to burn.... only real advice would be to put your passions and compassions into other relationships, its not just because of leting go of him, but thats part of life, and surviving the struggle. By ourselves is a horrible way to live, and to make things just our problem is very lonely.....
