Im having problems with my break switch release. I can't get out of Park or Neutral without battle either with messing with my wires above my brake pad and/or my automatic stick thinggy.. PLEASE HELP it's frustrating!!!

Not sure exactly what you mean, but I once had a similar problem, it just took a simple adjustment of the brake cable. See a mechanic, stop the frustration.

VW has a recall on the brake light switches. Contact your local VW dealer to see if your car is part of this recall.
If the brake light switch is defective, you can not get the car into gear, and your brake lights won't work properly!
If your VW is not covered under the recall, check out this page on how to replace the brake light switch yourself.

Assuming you mean brake, not break, you obviously have some wires loose which also means your brake lights are not working part of the time, which is dangerous.
Drive (carefully) to your mechanic, and get it fixed.
