OK SO HERE THE DEAL WE RESCUED A PREGNANT MUTT 9 MONTHS AGO SHE WAS PREGNANT AND WE TOOK HER AND HER PUPPIES IN AND GOT HER SPAID AND FOUND HOMES FOR ALL THE PUPPIES! WE FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS DOG (SASHA) AND SHE IS THE NICEST DOG WE COULD EVER ASK FOR AND THE GREATEST!!! ANYWAY BEFORE WE GOT THE FENCE PUT UP WE HAD HER TIED UP FOR LIKE 5 MIN AND I WAS STANDING OUT SIDE WITH HER SHE JUST NEEDED TO GO POTTY. THEN ARE NIEBORS WHO LIVE ACROSS THE STREET DIDNT SEE ME STANDING THERE AND THEY CUT ACROSS MY YARD KICKING AT MY DOG AND YELLING AT HER CAUSE SHE WAS BARKING AT THEM. THEN THEY SAY THE DOG BIT THEM AND SHE WAS ON OUR PROPERTY AND SHE NEVER BIT THEM I WAS THERE THE WHOLE TIME THERE WAS NOT BITE MARKS AND THE COP DIDNT BELIVE THEM. THESE PEOPLE ARE DRUGIES AND THE OTHER NIGHT SOEMONE WAS SHOT AT THERE HOUSE SO THAT PROVES THEY ARE JUST LOSERS. TODAY WE WENT TO COURT AND THEY SAID IT WAS 830 AND WE SHOWED UP AT 807 THEN THEY SAID THEY HAD THE TRAIL AT 8 SO THEY GOT DONE WITH A TRIAL IN 5 MIN THAT IS BULL THEY DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP SO THEY ARE LYING BECAUSE FIRST THEY SAID THE COURT ROOM WAS EMPTY. Like I told you earlier. about your neighbors they are just looking for a good law suit to file against some one and make a few easy bucks.
You should have called the police the minute they set foot on you property. And filed criminal trespassing charges against them.
And since they were kicking at Sasha that was destruction of private property.
Get you a camera or camcorder and start keeping a video record of it.
Also maybe talk to your lawyer about filing law suit against the city for violation of private property rights since they are siding with someone who was criminally trespassing on your property.
Then watch their house and everytime someone stops by call the cops telling them you think there is a drug deal going down.

If your dog was on your property, and they came into your yard, they are trespassing on your property, and it's not yours or the dogs fault, even if it did bite{which I am by no means saying it did}. Any dog will defend their territory and their owner! Did they ever show you any bite marks on them, that they claim were put there by your dog? I think you have a case and I would sue them for trespassing on your property. I would get a lawyer and fight this. If they have no proof of any bite marks, they don't have a chance in winning anything. Good Luck! I hope everything works out!

Well, first I would show them the adoption papers that prove you didn't even own the dog last year. Then you should have a court notice that says you were due there at 830. The police officer that was at the site should be subpoenaed to testify the dog wasn't loose and it was contained on your property. Then I would consider moving to a better neighborhood.
Perhaps you should bring tresspassing charges against them?

You need to get a copy of the police report from that incident to prove that the first incident is not valid. Yes, get a lawyer and take it back to court and don't have any further contact with them until the trial. If they speak to you or threaten you then you can report them for interogating a witness or communicating a threat. Don't take this lightly. It seems that they are just trying to pan money out of you and anyone else they can lay their greedy hands on.

Oh..I'm so sorry to hear what you must be going through!
I'd say go to the neighbors and try to talk to them... show them the pictures of both dogs... and the papers.
It's a shame what people do in today's world... because they are probably not happy in their own life.. so they try to take it out on others. If they are druggies... yeah sounds like they are rude... the way you describe them.
Get a good Lawyer and fight it, to save your dogs life.
I understand how you feel.. I would be so freaking mad too!

Well animal laws are different everywhere, but if you had your dog leashed, and it was on your property the first time, you cannot get in trouble for them coming over there and tormenting your dog. Next time you go to court, take pictures of your two dogs, and let them know what happened with the Shepherd. Make sure that they are aware that it was two seperate dogs for each incident, and let them know that your neighbors are the ones who are bugging your dogs, not the other way around.

Good luck! This sounds like a bad deal for you. Hire a lawyer to sort thru this mess.
If they were on your property without permission how could you be held responsible. Also, I think that the police report would settle the whole dispute.

And those retards think that is the same dog...That looks nothing like a German Shepherd, ok.

You have a cop who witnessed this. There were no bite marks. You were wtih your dog the whole time, they came onto YOUR property without permission.
They have a right to take you to court, but it doesn't sound like they'll win, esp. if they're known drug abusers. If you and your mom keep your cool, co-operate and explain everything calmly, you will show yourselves to have the better moral character, and will almost certainly have nothing to worry about.

You should consider getting a pet-dental expert. (dont know what they're called) I'm sure the teeth of the dog that bit them isn't exactly the same as your dog. These ppl just want money for more drugs.
