There must already be plumbing!
Otherwise, where does the water go after those already there wash there hands?

Well, the Bible says we will have "glorified" bodies, so we may be more spiritual beings than natural beings, and therefore may not have use for such things.

The biblical answer: We don't know. God didn't tell us in his revelation.
All we know is that heaven is where God is and hell is where he is not. Earth is where we are. God is spirit. We worship God in spirit and in truth.
