i'm confused.

philosophy seems to be the unemotional explanation of ..whatever we're explaining.

but.. isn't that what logic is?

and i think they are reffered to as two completely different things...

if i'm going to take philosophy, i think i really need to know the difference between logic and philosophy..

plase someone explain??

How do you get happy? Born w/it? I have a caring hubby, 0 Kids, so $ problems. I take Prozax it does nothing.
I am in my 40's and have a lot (so I am told). I am attractive, take nice vacations, drive a new car, andI exercise....and when I fake it good a great personality. But I don't even want to get up in the morning for same 'ole thing over again. What on earth is wrong with me. I've already been down the Pyschiatrist visits, after several different one's I gave up. I know happiness come from inside....how do I find it?

the family aknowledges that there was a verbal agreement but they refuse to honor it, they want me to sign a "rental" agreement now even tho I have been paying toward purchase all these years and I have made significant home improvements including, painting inside & out, new light fixtures, new sinks, floors, tile countertops etc. do I have a legal interest in this property and how do I exercise it? The owner always told me not to worry that everything was taken care of and that his family knew our agreement, I think they are getting ready to evict me since they also made an appointment with my 10 year old visiting grandaughter to bring in a realtor! I also received a threatening call on the 2nd that the "rent" was late, it wasn't due till the 10th with the original owner and there has been no new agreement other than the heirs demands. I need HELP!!! thanks....ph and did I mention I am poor and raising a grandchild as a single parent.

I have a 1950's cape cod style home. The attic (crawl space) just has small vents on the house under either side of the peak. They're small louvered vents that blend in with the siding (don't know what they're actually called).

The upstairs holds a tremendous amount of heat so we're hoping more ventilation could help. Initially we were going to put in a ridge vent -- but the roof has a center beam so it's not a viable option, the eaves do not overhang so that also is not an option.

What are your suggestions?

I've never owned a kitten before and a friend gave my daughter a 5 month old kitten. She's a cute calico bread. She has started to meow alot and puts her her back legs and behind in a wierd position. Someone told me that means she is in "heat". I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

The advent of CAD and existence of Specifications does not change the need for the Sequence suggested because in normal working on sites amendments are made and instructions given by say, Agents to Sub-contractors, which because they are relatively minor would not warrant an immediate revision and distribution of the drawing. If at the end of the contract such data is not included in the 'as built' drawings (if they are produced!) then should there be a difference of opinion (such as 'Who pays?') and a judgement as to the interpretation and timing of the change is required there has to be such a Sequence.
The sequence described in my first question may not be accurate but such a sequence was established by a judge when settling such a dispute and hence my question - who was the judge? and/or what was the case?

I just moved into my new place recently and noticed that my roommate has been drinking my beverages. Normally I would not have a problem with this, had they asked me first, however I am on a really tight budget and can't afford to share my food. Plus I work long days so I dont' have time to grocery shop all the time so when I come home I want to have my food intact. For example, I bought a case of 24 water bottles. This morning I woke up with killer cramps but had no water left to take my Ibuprofren with and therefore am in a lot of pain! My roommate is a nice person so I don't want to start things off on the wrong foot....help!
