Aloha Disney Ang,

I've been living away from Hawaii for 2 yrs now. My family and makes it a must to visit home twice a year. Many of our Hawaii locals or former Hawaii residents who moves away from our Islands, tends to crave for our Hawaii mixed Ethnicity meals and Hawaiian foods.
Disney Ang, I kindly urge you to check out www.alohaworld.com. Then click on "ono recipes". Ono pronounced as oh-no means delicious. On there you'll find all authentic Hawaii mixed Ethnic and Hawaiian meals, desserts and beverages. I was highly suggested to use this site by many locals from Hawaii who once moved away too. With me being a Hawaiian and someone who loves and misses my home cooked meals and all the flavorful foods Hawaii offers, this site is authentic and I highly recommend this site to anyone.
Aloha to you!!

CHI CHIs are made with vodka but can be made without.

Buy some sweet coconut milk, syrup, comes in cans. You'll have to determine how many drinks needed.

Buy some ripe pineapples. Cut them into 1/8 sections.
In a blender, fill to half or so with ice. Add one small can of coconut syrup along with 1/8 fresh pineapple.

Blend until ice is chopped fine. Serve.
Prepare to serve a lot.
With vodka, a shot is poured on top.

Pina coladas or mai tais are always good and are very easy to make. I think there are a number of mixes you can even buy if you don't want to make them from scratch. Just make sure to take the liquor out of the mix.

Daiquiris are good too since they are basically just ice and fruit.

Happy moving!

Make virgin pina colada's or blue hawaii's. You can make them from scratch or just get the mixers at a liquor store.
