how to pay your bills with charter.com

I use the online banking bill pay thru my bank. I don't have to go to multiple sites to pay each bill and worry about whether it went thru or will post on time, or pay fees for the privilege. I can also set up recurring payments, like my cable bill, and not have to worry about them. But I still have complete control to cancel the payment.

Personally, I think charter.com is very user unfriendly. I have never been able to access my account online. It says I have an account set up but it won't accept my password ... or at least the password Charter said was mine.

My best advice is to pay your bill through your bank's website. Be sure to include your full cable account number. If your bank does not have an electronic agreement with Charter, check with your local office to find out the best address for the check to be mailed since the payment coupon won't be sent with the check.

You have to log into your account and go to your payment options.
