Get her spayed. She is old enough to be spayed. If she really is in heat, and believe me you will know after a few days, then getting her spayed will end the problem.
There is no reason to not spay a cat. Domestics should never be bred, and there are health benefits to being spayed.
Calicos in general are a very vocal also. Good luck! Please spay your kitten.

You need to get her spayed. How old is she because they will come into heat as early as 4.5 to 5 months old in some breeds. She will continue to go in and out of heat every 5 to 10 days until she gets pregnant or neutered. Breeders use steril studs to keep their females happy. Going into heat too many times is like a human female having a constant period and it can actually make her sick and she can actually die from it. If she is just going to be a pet, you need to get her spayed now. If you plan to breed her than you need to purchase a steril male cat that can simulate a pregnancy for her so that she can stay out of heat for at least 3 months or so at a time until she is old enough to breed. Having kittens before they are a year old is also a health risk to a cat and having too many liters a year is also a health risk. That is why breeders keep toms that can't produce in their catteries. That helps them control the heat cycles in the females as well as keep the amount of liters down per year.

If the sounds coming out of that little furball sound like nothing that you would ever imagine, she is in heat. You can find a vet that will spay a cat while she is in heat, but it is more risky as the organs are engorged. What you need to do it wait until it is over, and while she is in heat, she will do everything in her power to escape. If she escapes, you may never find her again.
Once she stops her moans and groans and posturing, get her spayed quickly, as she could go back into heat much quicker than you could ever imagine. She may also spray around the place, marking her scent to attract males from miles around. That will stop once she is spayed.

There isn't much you can do while she is in heat. We recently went through this with our kitten, also a calico, and about 6 months old. When we asked our vet they told us to have a lot of patience with her and to invest in earplugs so we could sleep at night :). Make sure to make an appointment as soon as possible to get her spayed so she won't have to go through this again.

Just live through it. She's not in pain or anything, she's just advertizing her availability to all the males.
Keep her inside!!
Call your vet today and make arrangments to get her fixed as soon as she goes out of heat.
Once speyed, she won't go into heat anymore. If not speyed, she'll go in heat frequently, until becoming pregnant, which you don't want. Hundreds of kittens and cats are being euthanized every day because people won't spey and neuter their pets. Don't be one of those pet owners.
Live through these few days while she's in heat, then get her fixed immediately. (Vets charge more to spey while in heat, so that's why you wanna wait)
KEEP HER INSIDE until you have her speyed. If she gets pregnant, that's the equivalent of a 10 year old girl getting pregnant. Possible, but NOT goodd.

I would spay it pretty soon. she wont go out of heat for a couple of weeks and if shes an outdoor cats shes gonna get pregnant really soon. And even if shes an inside cat the males can still sniff out a cat in heat from miles away. the best thing to do is to get it spayed.

Get her spayed ASAP - a cat in heat will spray urine, howl and moan, and attract other cats to your windows - no fun for anyone. They go through this about 3 or 4 times a year, so get it done now.
