I mean, bleeding once a month? Cramps, Cranky ****** attitude, back pain, How in the world do you cope with that for nearly 40 or 50 years before menopause???

It is just one of those things in life that you just need to learn to live with. If you dwell on the fact that you hate it, that will just make the time worse. Just go on with your daily activities as if nothing is different. Midol is suppose to help with alot of the systems. Also going on the pill can help with cramps and make your period lighter and shorter.

I dont know... you just deal with it. Same as menopause and childbirth. YOu just deal with it.
