True. Her being a celebrity should have nothing to do with who has the kids, however it seems that Kevin is really being the "good" guy here. He is taking the responsibilites of mom and dad. I never thought I would think something good about him, but he's actually doing something good for a change, and not being stupid. The courts should have already taken the kids from them and made them both get help! IF she were not a celeb, this would not be happening- the press is all over her and people thrive to know everything, and I feel so bad for the kids, they have it the worst! I would be so embarrassed if my parents were Britney and Kevin!

if she were a normal person she woudln't be getting all the publicity, so woudln't have all those opportunites to screw up and get pictures taken at the most inappropriate moments.
Everyone has bad days and her's get taped more. But yeah, the publicity has made her even more retarded.

But, if she was doing something REALLY wrong you know damn well the press would be ALL over it and those kids would be snatched so fast.
Just put a video camera against your life and I'm sure alot of things you do you woudln't want broadcasted live on every local news station.

Britney Spears is just a normal person. Have you seen some of the parents in the real world who still have the right to call theirselves parents. Its scary. Its a fact of life not everyone was meant to be a parent. Money or Not.

False. It's because she is in the spot light that is causing her problems. So far, I have seen nothing that warrants the kids being taken away. Sure, the mistake with driving on her lap was stupid. But the life jacket on a boat that did not require life jackets because of it's size? The media is blowing the majority way out of proportion. There are two sides to every story. Give the girl a break.

So true, because when a regular person child even gets yelled at by the parent they want to take the child away. But since she is famous with money then its OK to treat kids that way. Only regular people are unfit parents not the rich and famous.

I work for social services and I doubt that they'd be in foster care, but I do think social services would be involved and working with her to improve her parenting. Bad parenting isn't the same as abuse or neglect. If it were, there wouldn't be enough foster homes in the country to hold all the kids!

What bothers me so much is that while they were together Kfed got so much bad press but now you never hear anything about him that would make you think that he would be a bad father.
