"The requirements are..."

"I have..." and the other posters here tell you a lot.

Good for you for paying attention to the wavy grammar line on your computer!
What you usually need to fix a sentence that is a fragment are one or two things: a subject (noun) at the beginning of the sentence and an action (verb) following the subject. What you originally had written are all the objects of the sentence.

There are books on English grammar, and a dictionary may also help you. Keep on wondering what's correct--English is tricky and fun! ;-)

ok, these are all one long extended subject--what do you want to say about them?
....are his strong points?
....are important executive characteristics?
....are not needed for viola players?
