Loan has 6% interest first year and 5% for the years following. Can take as long as 15 years, if necessary.
Is it smarter to maybe max 401k to employer contribution and only put half of max amount in IRA? Then, use the money not put in the IRA to pay off the loan much faster...

I am very shaken up b/c the person who rear-ended me didn't survive. I went to hospital & was ok on all the x-rays but my neck and back are really sore which doctor said would take a few days. My car looks to be totaled but I haven't gotten an estimate yet, I am without a car now. I have never been in this situation before and I pray I never will again. I think my emotions are more tore up than my body hurts, I can't sleep at night. I just keep thinking about the accident and that someone lost their life. The other driver was going 3 times the speed limit and it was completely ruled their fault but I don't know what to do. Everyone is telling me something different and I would like help from someone who has been through something like this before. I called my insurance company and as soon as the police report comes out I will know who the other persons insurance was. Please help and be kind as I am having a real hard time with this. Thanks.

I paid for something with my checking account card (using the credit card option). It went through 20 days later and overdrafted my account. I thought it had been taken out already. Is there some rule of how long they can wait before withdrawing it??

I need some input on who my startes should be and any trades I should propose. I know Brees, Tomlinson, Plaxico, H. Ward, and the Patriots defense will all start. But I'm not sure about my 2nd RB (Peterson or Lewis) and my 3rd WR (Cotchery, Furrey, Muhammad) and my TE (Smith or Clark). I'm also thinking about trading someone for a good receiver. Do you think that's a good idea?

before i start; i live in NJ. so if you still have most of your constitutional rights, cherish them...

the bill of rights is a bit misleading these days. you don't actually have all those rights as it states. so i took the time to adjust a few to be true. i won't write out the complete paragraphs, just what needs to be added or removed.

#1: Freedom of Speech, Press, Religion and Petition
-add: as long as it does not offend any minorities

#2: Right to bear arms
-add: as long as you meet the impossible requirements (mostly a NJ thing)

#4 Right of search and seizure regulated
-add: unless the goverment official "smells weed". (they always seem to smell weed, strange how that works)

#5 Provisons concerning prosecution
-remove this entire entry, patriot act anyone?

#6 Right to a speedy trial, witnesses, etc.
-anyone who has gone through the court system can comment on "speed". don't know what to do with this one. remove i guess.

now i am out of space.

Hey my band and I want to play the song Help! from The Beatles, and I know the acoustic rhythm parts and the drum parts, but we need to know what the lead guitar part is for that song (the part that George plays for you who don't know). Ok, so I'm seeing my bf of 10+ months in 2 weeks, and I haven't seen him in 4 months since he's in another country. He sent me this lovely gift yesterday, but for some reason today I feel as though I'm almost doubting things. Nothing went wrong, and he has been perfect in every aspect of the word. I'm looking for a new bike, and I've found a couple that I like but I can't decide which one to get. I'm looking at either the Mongoose Blackcomb or the Mongoose Sector. They're both about the same price, but I'm not sure if one is better than the other. Or rather, can he create perfection at all? Afterall, the implication from christians is that only god is perfect.... and I'll agree that this world has nothing resembling perfection in it.... So why the freg doesn't it? Either god didn't want to make a perfect world (which begs the question of what such a choice was meant to achieve)... or couldn't....

But anyhow.... think of the implications if the christian god could and did make a perfect replica of himself.
I mean... all us folks on the athiestic end of the spectrum wouldn't even notice any difference..... but the religious folks would go totally nuts! ^_^
