If you are not a Christian, why aren't you one? (NOT being offensive just curious), what are your reasons for not being a christian?

Other than the fact that Christianity is based completely around the idea of a human sacrifice, I would have to say the idea of the trinity is the most obvious as far as moronic beliefs.

Christians try to tell me, "Well, if you drop 3 rocks into a bucket, then they are separate, but in the same vessel," or "The trinity is like aquafresh toothpaste, 3 flavors in one". Do they ever stop and THINK about what they are saying? Good hell.

i can't get this off my mind an i keep thinking i'm pregnant.
my period is late
i've had pregnancy symptoms for like 3 weeks [boobs swelling, veins, cramps]
and i just dont know what to do.


i'm 15, and i'm a virgin.
BUT
when i noticed that my areolas & nipples were getting darker i started reading stuff online. and that stuff talked about pregnancy.
so i looked back and i thought "well, how could i be pregnant???"
and then i thought.
OMG.
what if when i masturbated i could've had like something on my hand?? [like sperm]
i've heard it can happen.
but the thing is, i dont know where sperm could've come from.
i do live with my dad, and my brother, so could some of theirs been somewhere in the house, and i touched it or something?

so how much of a chance is there that somehow, sperm from my dad or my brother somehow ended up on my hand, and then when i masturbated, gotten me pregnant

My cousin is coming to stay with my family and I and so my mom said I have to "include him in my social events". She's harshly making me but the problem is he's a total dork. Pocket protector-yeah, tucked in shirt-totally, khaki pants that go higher than normal-you got it. See what I mean? And it doesn't stop there, he even acts like a dork. I mean, if we wanted to go to the movies he'd want to go to the bookstore. I just can't cope with him for a whole week. It'd ruin me. What do I do?

I personally am a rock fa, have been all my life. I like some rap music, the stuff that actually shows a form of feeling and expression. I can't stand music like "This is Why I'm Hot" and "Party Like a Rockstar." Most rap thats on the radio today is so commercialized in my mind its terrible. They seem to only want to make some money. I can't stand people who ask me why I don't like rap like this. It doesn't make any sense and its all just so bland and hard to listen to. There are so many great bands that go unnoticed because they do something different rather than talk about drugs or about being pimps or such...your thoughts? please state your opinion, I'm not going to pick an answer just because I like it, please give me your thoughts.

Without science they would not be typing their nonsense answers at this very moment, right?

If religion dictated technological advances, and not scientific theories and research, then we would still be in the bronze age, killing each other with sticks, and threatening death and burning in hell as our only way of communication rather than the net.

How can theists enjoy all these scientific advancements without being complete hypocrites? Let me guess, God inspired the scientists to build things like computers, cars, and x-boxes? Hmmm. That's odd, last time I checked scientists were working for the devil right? Give me a fu*king break.

I get very emotionally attached to animals, I have several cats and a dog, I was looking at adding a guinea pig to my family and I want to know how long they live. I had a teddybear hampster and I was devestated when she died at 5 years old. Our vet said I should stay away from short lived animals and our animals tend to live a long time. (All of our cats and dogs we have had in the past have lived into their 20's)

His account was deleted thanks to a bunch of fundies who could dish it out but not take it. He was honest, real...he probably forced alot of you to look at things you weren't willing to face. He wasn't anymore harsh than some of the bible thumping hell and damnation christians I have seen on R&S. The difference was he acknowledged his pain and experienced it the best way he could as opposed to pretending and passive aggresive behavior that so many christians practice. For now he is gone - our loss. Hopefully he will decide to come back for more thought provoking questions!
