Help!! I'm STILL scared I THINK IM GOIN CRAZY OVER THIS?

Question

i can't get this off my mind an i keep thinking i'm pregnant.
my period is late
i've had pregnancy symptoms for like 3 weeks [boobs swelling, veins, cramps]
and i just dont know what to do.


i'm 15, and i'm a virgin.
BUT
when i noticed that my areolas & nipples were getting darker i started reading stuff online. and that stuff talked about pregnancy.
so i looked back and i thought "well, how could i be pregnant???"
and then i thought.
OMG.
what if when i masturbated i could've had like something on my hand?? [like sperm]
i've heard it can happen.
but the thing is, i dont know where sperm could've come from.
i do live with my dad, and my brother, so could some of theirs been somewhere in the house, and i touched it or something?

so how much of a chance is there that somehow, sperm from my dad or my brother somehow ended up on my hand, and then when i masturbated, gotten me pregnant

i also know that you can miss your period from stress,
and i would say im PRETTY stressed and worried SICK about this.
and could my boobs just be growing?

You are NOT pregnant... don't worry... your period will be out of wack at that age. If you keep worrying, it will take even longer to get your period.

Sperm only last so long out in the open air. It would have to be fresh sperm. You could be getting your period if you don't have it already(which i guess that you do but maybe you don't) you are going through some changes right now with your body so things could be changing daily which might freak you out. yes sperm can get into you without you having sex but, like i said it does not have much of a shelf life so to speak outside the body for long. Have you been doing more activity like exercising or started an exercise routine or practice for a sport during the summer for school. That could make your period lessen and actually miss it. The more exercise you do the more likely your period could either lessen or even go away for a bit. Looking on the Internet is going to freak you out like it has, so you need to stay off of it since there is alot out there that can be untrue. If you are truly a virgin then I would think you have nothing to worry about. You need to calm down and just go on like nothing has happened and see if calming yourself down and seeing answers on here help you calm yourself and you will feel better. but, like i said you are going through some changes right now with your femininity and there are going to be alot of changes in the next few years. OK... You need to calm down. Unless there is something that you are not disclosing here... You cannot be pregnant. Now, open your local phone book and look up any planned parenthood or health dept. They will give you FREE PREGNANCY TESTING and SEX EDUCATION! You need to understand how the reproductive system works. Also, they have doctors that will help you with your irregular cycles. All of this they will do for you without telling your parents.... SO CALL and make an appt! Now stop freaking out! You are probably just going through some hormonal changes (very normal!).

Oh God hun. Sperm is not just hiding around your house. It is about 1 in a million that you can get pregnant from masturbating, but even then a guys would have had to just ejaculated on your fingers and then you masterbate. At 15 you body is still regulating itself. You are still going through puberty. Your periods probably won't be regular until closer to 18. Bottom line....you are not pregnant.

You're young and have tons of hormones in freak-out mode at your age. This can explain the changes in your breasts, cramps, etc. And since you're totally stressed, this is probably part of what's causing your lateness.

Unless you've had direct contact with fresh sperm, you wouldn't be able to get pregnant--not by touching items your dad or brother has. Your cycle is most likely just out of whack. Sometimes periods get wacky, and your body needs to readjust. Sometimes if you're around certain women or girls, your cycle can start matching up with theirs. It happens all the time with friends, co-workers, family members, etc.

Stop freaking out. You aren't pregnant. There is no way sperm from your family members could get on your hand unless there was something incestous going on. If there is, you need to get out of there.
Sperm also can't stay alive outside the human body for very long.
More than likely your body is changing because you are 15 and still growing.

unless you masturbated with a guy (as in you had fresh sperm on you) as in it just came out of him you are likely just growing, you are still at the age when you are going through puberty as far as dad or brothers sperm is concerned, you would have to pick it up and rub it in while it was still warm so unless you have something not right going on in your house i'd say the chances are like 0%

Sperm does NOT survive out of the body for more than a a few seconds. Its temperature sensitive and needs the moisture of the ejaculate to survive. Sperm are not germs, they dont just live on house hold surfaces waiting to impregnate you.
