I went to my cousins house to play it but the screen was only blank but the when i got home it didnt want to work on my TV either. What happened and what do i do to fix it?

There's this girl that i kinda like, and I can talk to her in person easily and on AIM i have no problem talking to her. However, the phone is another story. I have only called her twice in the three months that I've known her and each time the call did not last more than 5 minutes. I get nervous and cant think of anything to say, and I think she feels akward too, because she doesnt say much or ask as many question as I do. I'm a shy and quiet guy so this is kinda difficult for me. Shes kinda shy too. So I would like to get to know her better on the phone. Any suggestions on how I can become more comfortable in doing this and how I can make the conversation longer?

has anyone else noticed how america is obsessed with plastic surgery? i watch all the shows (dr. 90210, plastic surgery before and after, etc...) and i watched the special on vhi about how america is obsessed with it. now if you arent a double d, with a perfectly flat tummy, and the perfect nose, society labels you as ugly! and i saw on dr. 90210 where the girl was already a size 0, and she was going to get lipo! i mean come on! and i saw a girl get a toe shortening surgery. seriously who looks at your toes! and i mean in some cases, yes its helpful. and im not talking about those people its the freaks who think they have to look like sticks with coconuts on them! it sickens me! im just wondering if anyone agrees with me.

if I am claimed as a dependant on his tax returns would this qualify me to be included on his medical insurance plan through work? We live in the state of West Virginia and since I am living with him and he claims me as a dependant I am not sure if I can get the state medical card--but I also don't know if I can be on his medical insurance since we are not married. We have been together for 16 years. I have always assumed that I could not be on his insurance because we are not married but since he claims me as a dependant would his health insurance treat me as a dependant also?? Or if nothing else since he claims me as a dependant would this hurt my chances of getting a medical card from the state instead of being on his insurance. Sensible answers only please---yes I know we should get married etc blah blah blah but.....I just need practical answers. Please save therapy and self help answers for some other posts! :)

I went to the doctor, finally, after trying to tough out a horrible sinus infection. She asked me if I had talked to my OB and told her that they just connected me to a nurse who told me that I could take whatever I wanted as long as it didn't have codene in it. I rolled my eyes knowing what all of the books say and finally went to see this doctor a couple of days later when my head felt like it would explode.

ANYWAYS - I relayed to her that the nurse had told me I could take anything which I "knew" wasn't true because I can't take asprin or ibruprofen and she cut me off by saying that the nurse was correct, and that she thinks it's so funny how all of these pregnant women try to tell physicians what they can and cannot do when they're the ones who went to school for this. I was in too much pain to slap her (just kidding, just kidding), but I am just dumbfounded that NOW, being in my second pregnancy, I can just take whatever the heck I feel like. What's up?!

After a recent accident, I purchased my first car. On my old car, I was an additional driver on a policy with my mom. My mom was the lien holder and the only one on the title. This was our only car. I purchased the new car. Can I keep my old insurance and still be on as an additional driver if we still plan on sharing the car? I would hate open a new account. I love my insurance co. But what are the real rules? I know the cost will go up. Its a more expensive car.

.. well if you do you probably believe in the freedom of others to do their thing too. I mean I havn't met a single Muslim who wants the Western way of life, and when I stay in Arab countries which I have done several times, not only the men express a strong distaste for the Western way of life but the women are even more disparaging.
So why not leave all this talk about the poor downtrodden women in that part of the world, and the poor badly educated children in that part of the world, and let them decide for themselves in their own countries what kind of life they want .. that includes genital mutilation too .. if that's what they want. That's freedom.

Ok i bought a arcade stick from estarland.com and its the 6th week since i placed my order and they still havent shipped it. Yesterday I called them to cancel my order but they told me it can not be cancelled because it was custom made ( no where on the site has the policy saying you can not cancel orders on custom made items). And then they changed their story also, first saying they were behind then when i said i want to cancel, they said it was already shipped out (which i believe they still havent shipped out). So is this legal?!?!!?
