My happy place is in Central Park New York, sitting beside the lake with my girlfriend discussing where we're going for dinner tonight.

It can be REAL and a STATE of mind...depending on your circumstances, attitude, and overall happiness level..which is so low in some people, and they don't even realize it.
My happy place is my yard, I grow roses, especially in the Summer..
For the Winter, My cocoon as my daughters fondly call it...(my bedroom/office/lovely area) that is my quiet place...

My 'Happy Place' is in my big bed with a bag of Midget Gems and a good book. A bar of chocolate is also good.
