I am renting a house and subletting some of the rooms. One girl broke her lease after 2 months. She had a move out date but left everything but the clothes in her closet in the room without telling me. I called her on the 1st (because she hadn't told me her stuff was still there) and she agreed on the phone to pay $50 for me to move her stuff into the garage and said she would move it out by the weekend. Weekend passed, her stuff is still in my house. I left her a voicemail informing she had 1 more day to get her stuff before it got sold or could pay an extra $150 on top of what she owed me to hold it longer. She said she would come get her stuff, but can't pay me til Friday, and doesn't want to pay me the full amount she owes me. I don't trust her to pay at all.

If I sell her stuff for the amount she owes me am I okay legally? Do I have to give her an option of paying me even though she left her stuff in the room, is no longer paying rent, and owes me money already?

My nephew (17 months) was just diagnosed w/an allergy to eggs. I'm crushed b/c I keep picturing all the kid things he'll be missing out on....like cookies, cake, spaghetti, mac-n-cheese, bread, PIZZA....the list could go on and on.
Are there any recipes that we could make some of these items from scratch w/out using eggs?

I pulled the tick off, but his head stayed inside me. I sprained my ankle about 3 weeks ago, and lately it's been more painful than it was in the beginning. I injured it by tripping over some stairs- my ankle bent straight backwards, my toes pointing toward the back of my calf.

It was x-rayed for fractures, but I was just given an air cast and sent off.

Now I can't bend my ankle at all, and if I even touch the spot where my ankle meets the top of my foot, I feel nauseous and want to scream from the pain.

What to do? My ankle and foot are both still swollen and bruised.

couple put some question similar to this. Its been few me and gf broken up. Since than i ususally feel very sad, cant help it not to loss tears you know its very hard broken up. Sometimes i sit in my room alone and listen love song it turns me to crazy feel going killing her.Im not serious killing just phase as I cant taken it anymore......really affects me to get on another stuff. what can i do. When is it right to allow a Congressman on the defense panel to be given a pass when he was caught red handed taking a $100,000 bride by the FBI? And the Democrat Congress is turning the head as if it never happened. IS this their idea of leadership? Or is it they will blame Bush for it some how?

Ok Defend him but I would like to see some one on the left address this with logic and honesty and not try to spin this.

And if you think this is all look at the record of their first 100 days promised to cut and run from Iraq. We know Obama just empowered Islamic extremism by saying he would attack Pakistani and this will incite the whole Muslim world. Is this not treason?

I ask is their one person on the left who is truthful?
