Everyone is entitled to the best possible defense. I may not LIKE it, but that's their right under the law of the US. So, I'd feel obligated to give them the best defense I could.

you know my father was a really strong lawyer before he passed away and he said such a story to me he had a client that he was murder but my father helped him to get rid of the prison he said after that he cant even sleep for 3 years beacuse he tought that he was a miscreant person so if i be in such a situation I wont do anything for the murder beacuse I have conscience.

if given a chance then i'll try it. my aunt is a lawyer and she said that a lawyer becomes very famous and highly paid when he or she proven a guilty person innocent. you know you have to be a good liar and be a good actor in the court too.

A lawyer should, unless there's a conflict of interest or something like that. It might not be pleasant or popular, but everyone deserves access to justice. Our system doesn't work otherwise.
