Ok i bought a arcade stick from estarland.com and its the 6th week since i placed my order and they still havent shipped it. Yesterday I called them to cancel my order but they told me it can not be cancelled because it was custom made ( no where on the site has the policy saying you can not cancel orders on custom made items). And then they changed their story also, first saying they were behind then when i said i want to cancel, they said it was already shipped out (which i believe they still havent shipped out). So is this legal?!?!!?

They probably state that in their order policy somewhere, so yes it is legal in that case. Many online companies have that policy for some reason. Some of them are kind of shady about how long it will take to ship too. I just received and order from 4 months ago because my product was back ordered. I didn't notice when ordering and couldn't cancel

It may not be legal, but you should check with the better business bureau. Also, if you paid for it by credit card, advise the card company and tell them that you want their help.

hopefully you paid by credit card
if you did call your credit card phone number
and report it
they can remove the charge right then
let them know that it hasent shipped yet
good luck !!!!
