we are going on holiday on saturday but we don't have any money to pay for it with because the benefit people messed something up!! is there any way that our bank would lend us say £1000 for our holiday when neither of us work full time and we live off benefits?? please somebody help!!

I'm writing a novel and I need to decide what the main character's name will be. She is 18, Russian, and a dancer (yeah I know stereotypical but believe me the story is not in the least stereotypical). I've narrowed it down to two. Here are the names and their meanings (and yes they are spelled correctly):

Jelena - Shining Light

or

Nika - Born on Sunday

Personally, I like Nika because I've never heard it used in a novel before, but what do you all think?

Why do i still have so many problems, with Milk?

everytime i drink milk, i get diarrhea..But when i try to drink milk, i have to run to the bathroom within 10 minutes later.

and the side of my body starts to hurt. I thought getting my gall bladder removed was suppose to prevent this from happening.

but why am i still getting pains and diarrhea when i drink milk or eat fatty foods.

Guys I dont mean to be rude, but I just want to understand why do some men make a promise to a woman when they know they cannot fulfill. I see the point that you want to win her for that moment, but how about consequences...I mean, when you make a promise like this, dont you think "what will she feel when she knows that I just lieyed?"

I have heard that I can transfer colleges after my freshman year. If I am currently in my first semester of freshman year and the college I wish to apply to requests I send in my college transcript, will I be sending in a blank transcript since I am still taking my classes during the first semester?
