I don't think any of your options are very dangerous but if I had to pick it would be race, atleast at this point in time.
We are still in a racially sensitive society and those difficulties can be dangerous to law enforcement because they create situations which can be violent. Law enforcement deals with gangs which are mostly racially motivated, hate crimes, which are sometimes racially motivated.
It also depends on your geographical location, a larger city will see much more danger in racial issues. A smaller city, while still present, will see a much lower rate of racially motivated criminal behavior...thus dangerous to law enforcement.
However, I do believe that down the road and in time, religion could be a much larger issue. As the US population continues to diversify and middle easterners continue to populate rural and urban communities, there will be racially motivated crimes tied in with religion motivated crime.
Most people don't understand religion and what each religion stands for, so it is hard to say that religion will be a factor but since Islam is tied to middle easterners, you might say that Islam could be a religious difficulty, but it is hard to seperate the two.
Im not sure though, it is difficult to say which poses the most dangerous threat to law enforcement because really, it is difficult to get to the root of each individual incident and find out what the motive is.
I hope this answer makes sense!

not one of the above. that's lack of expertise and apathy. And that's a 2 way highway, the two Civilians and regulation Enforcement could be troubled by it simply by fact if it starts off on one side the different reacts in kind. easiest occasion, if no one in an area cooperated with the Police, the officers that patrol that section won't likely pass out of their thank you to help those in that community. And the "loss of jobs, preparation and opportunities" excuse does not decrease it. If it have been actual, each and all of the citizens in Mississippi and West Virginia could be in detention center.

Some Peace Officers are too aggressive and some are too pacifist.

Patriotism can blind people to ignore wrong doings whether the company they work for or any government agency to include non-profit.

The following will not be accepted by those who only accept one side of any position.

Alexander Hamilton opposed slavery and not many now about this. He detested Aaron Burr who was selfish.

If Americans become aware of how some people became and are still becoming rich and powerful, a lot of the affluent and powerful would have to justify how they attained their wealth.

Unfortunately it is hard to distinguish those who earned it and those who lied. Those who are not honest change the US Laws to protect their wealth and the FBI protects them along with the US Military.

People that tell the truth are labeled an Un-American.

Of those three, it'd have to be race. It has been proven that 85% of all crimes is committed by black people. We need a government study to find out how the black peoples minds work, so we can cut back on crime.
They rape, rob, and kill, just for their own satisfaction. If they would get a job and go to work, like everyone else, then this country would be a safer place to live.
It seems that they just want a government hand out to live, and not to have to work for it...
I am not a racist, so don't start that crap.

I would say race. When some get caught breaking the law they squeel its racial. they are taught this by some who thinks it will help the minorties. They scream and holler to try to stir up others hoping to start a riot. Trying to make like its the police at fault.

Race does not equal lawbreaking.
Religion does not equal lawbreaking (ideally)
Patriotism does not equal lawbreaking.

So - there is no choice.

Although.. a patriot will do what he/she thinks is best for the country - even if this means breaking the law.
So, yeah.. patriots might be the biggest risk of these 3.

Anyways, i agree with the previous person who said "criminals" .

Patriotism.

The government is not the country, nor can it create law. The love of liberty and country will always fight tyranny on its own ground.
