When the divorce was filed I signed custody over to my ex and I got visitation because I worked the night shift and being that I don't have any family nearby I didn't have anyone to keep my children at night (ages 2 and 4 at the time). I am still working the night shift however, I am remarried and my wife is able to be at home with the children at night (we are all on good terms and I know my ex doesn't have a problem with my wife being with the children at night) she does this now because we get them on Friday nights and we have them for the summer.
I need some pointers on what things I should include when trying to talk her into joint custody, I am seeking joint physical custody and proposing that she keep sole legal custody, meaning that she has the final say in decisions regarding education, health care, etc. because we always discuss things of this nature and come to an agreement. Thanks!

My boyfriend and I have been together for over a year and living together for just about a year... I love him and I know he loves me and occasionally one of us will mention getting married. He wants to move north and buy a house. The thing is, I keep getting the feeling that he wants nothing to do with getting married. Now, I dont want to get married next week or anything, but I would like to have it in my future and I am afraid that I'll just be waiting forever. Everytime I want to talk about something serious in our relationship (like when he asked me to move in) he acts goofy and tries to avoid the question. Now I find myself thinking about wedding stuff non-stop! I have almost every aspect of my wedding planned and I cant seem to stop. What do I do? I will probably end up waiting forever because I love him but I wonder if I am putting to much emphasis on getting married... Is there still a valid reason to get married or am I just following the Cindarella dream?

Ok, I am a 15 year old girl whose style is like cute, comfy, casual, and a little mix of everything. I really like PacSun, Forever21, WetSeal, Charlotte Russe, Vanity, Victoria's Secret, Macys, etc.

I just went through my closet and threw out or donated everything that is too small, too big, or worn out. Now I have 3 pairs of jeans (only really like 2 though), and maybe 10-12 shirts (only really 5-6), I have 2 flip flops, and my sneakers are worn out

I pretty much need a complete new wardrobe. I will pay for it myself and am also saving for a car, so I want to figure out a good budget. What do you think I need to buy (shopping list) and how much will it cost? If you don't feel like making me a shopping list or giving links, just give an estimate cost please! Thanks soo much!

Being that in order for them to travel from planets beyond our solar system would take light years, then time travel may be possible through the measurment of distance in time, therefor allowing them to look back at us/in time when we have sightings of UFO's. Okay. My dog will sit, stay, laydown, rollover, jump threw hoops, and a gazillian other tricks. She takes regular walks with me next to my side and rides next to my bike everyday. She. just. won't. respect. me!! I've watched the Dog Whisperer constantly, I've practically memorized how he does everything. I try it myself but no matter what I do she will listen to my dad over me. She won't come if she's busy sniffing something, she won't sit when I tell her to if she is fixated on something else. So she reallys gets on my nerves and I've become obsessive over being her alpha. Ive tried to be nice and award her for the good things she does and correct her for the bad. No matter what I do she won't listen. I wonder if im doing something wrong? I walk threw doorways first, I make her sit and stay for her food. I do everything right but she still won't listen. I think she hates me now because im always telling her to do things and I get frusterated and yell and sometimes smack her. Help plz!

AHM share price is now at $0.44, and went down like $10 in the past week. Can experienced investors give me advice as to if it would be a good investment right now to purchase this stock. Or does it mean that now since they declared bankruptcy that the stock is worthless, and will soon dip to zero??

Advice on this example and other similar companies that are priced so cheaply will be greatly appreciated.
