You are pretty obviously lactose intolerant. This just means that you are allergic to such things as milk and cheese. They now make pills you can take for just such a condition, and they even make milk and cheese for the lactose intolerant people.

I hope this helps.

sometimes its from gravy hot sauces and stuff like that it could be only few mos of this mess to go or all the time rest of your life. i don't know why you are getting pains for milk maybe you are intollerent to milk and milk products.? Your gall bladder was the problem with stones i am sure. i hope they cleaned your duct off the bladder cause if they didnt' you will be in again sooner then you think for that it stops your liver function and its emergency. this happened to me got hifh fever and then rushed to hosp.

It does sound like lactose intolerance, which has nothing to do with your gallbladder. The gallbladder helps break down fats. To digest the sugar in milk you need an enzyme called lactase, which it sounds like you are lacking. Try drinking Lactaid milk and see if you have the same problem.

I have had food issues as well since having my gallbladder removed. 10-15 minutes after eating I have to go too. the milk thing is probably that you are lactose intolerant. I think you can develop it and not have had to have it all your life.

I had the same problem and after a few years of that I just learned what I could and could not eat. I also used to take an iron pill every other day--they are very constipating and it kind of offset the problem.

You are lactose intolerant which is the milk issue.

All people who have had their gallbladder removed have issues with a fatty diet. Didn't they explain that to you?

Diarrhea from milk has nothing to do with fat or with the gall bladder. it's usually from lactose intolerance.

Sometimes for some reason your body doesn't realize the gallbladder is gone, so it does a phantom pain...it is odd, but true.
