First thing to do is find a good quality litter and stay with the same brand. Cat's hate change, they are such creatures of habit. If you change the brand of litter, kitty might not use her box. Keep her box very clean, they hate dirty boxes and will go elsewhere if their box isn't clean enough for them. Empty the box once a week and wash it out real well with hot water and a little detergent. Wipe it dry real good and fill it back up with a few inches of litter. Scoop any poops out at a daily basis. And don't change the location of the box either. Once you put it in one spot you have to leave it there. If you keep moving it around, kitty will get so confused and won't know where to go. That's another reason cats start going outside their boxes.
Take kitty and put her in her box. Take her front paws and make the digging motion, squat her fanny down and hold her there for a minute or two. Do this a couple of times, that's all it will take as cats are very smart animals and pick up real quick. She should get the hang of it right off, if not, try it again and again until she does get it.

The mom trains her kitten to use the litter box. Show your kitten where the litter box is, make sure its not too far away and you may want to use more than one at this time. You may also want to put the kitten in one room with the litter boxes and then as you see that she is using the box, start to open up her surrounding and slowly start to put the box a little father away until you can finally put it in the permanent spot.
Have fun with your kitten!

Just show her where the box is and make sure she can get to it easily. I have had lots of cats and I've never had trouble getting one to learn to use the box. It is much easier than housebreaking a puppy. Just take her to the box several times throughout the day she'll pick it up in no time. I have a 12 week old kitten and she only had 2 accidents the first day we brought her home.

You should just be able to drop her in the litter box and she'll get it. But if that doesn't work, move to plan B.
Watch her closely for any behavior that may indicate she has to use the litter box. Put her in the litter box ever 2 hours (yes, even in the middle of the night) for a few days, she'll get the idea. Be sure to keep it clean; cat's are picky about their litter boxes.
Good luck

The kittens should already know what to do with the litter box if she was fully weaned. (From birth to 7 weeks). When you bring her home put her in the box and she will do her business. If she needs a little help, take her two front paws and dig them in the litter. Hope this helps!

Take the kitten and put her in the litter box, just to get her used to it. She may have a couple of accidents, just keep putting her in the litter box. Female cats are REALLY EASY to train! :)

From my experience that it doesn't take long all you have to do is fill a litter box with litter show him/her where it is at and make sure that it is assessable for them to get to that's it cats are very neat pets they are clean so you have to make sure you keep the box clean or they will not use it.

she should know already, from her mamma.
Feed her and place her in the box. If she gets out--wait a few minutes and put her back in. but don't make her stay there--might make her mad.
If she goes to the bathroom outside the box, place the feces in the box and put her in the box with it. So she associates that as a bathroom place.
Can she easily get in the box herself. Might have to have a step or mini ramp.

Normally they learn by watching their mom and litter mates. If she was around them, she should already know how to use the box. Just make sure you show her where it is, and let her explore the house from there.
