Guys I dont mean to be rude, but I just want to understand why do some men make a promise to a woman when they know they cannot fulfill. I see the point that you want to win her for that moment, but how about consequences...I mean, when you make a promise like this, dont you think "what will she feel when she knows that I just lieyed?"
I would love to hear your openions.

My opinion is that you assume all guys are like that. BIG error in judgement. Not just in being overly judgemental, but in that with that frame of mind, you'll never trust anyone.
I don't lie, and I fulfil my promises. There are no "moments" when you're looking for a future.

Because you don't have to. For some women you can get what you want, just by making the promise.

i think the same can be said if a girl is sweet then turn into a b after he ties the knott
but if you make a promise you should be honest

I agree - like saying "I promise I'll email you tomorrow" and then never doing it!!! grrrrrrrrr. Ironically it's not so much the lack of email that's frustrating, its the fact that you were told to expect one that didn't arrive.
