Why, when this is Yahoo UK and Ireland, do some of you insist on answering questions with something along the lines of 'Well, obviously it differs which state you're in...' or 'It depends on your state...' etc.

alright i need to make half of the money for a laptop, buy a maltese all for christmas. i can have family members and friends give me money for christmas and stuff but i mean i dont think it will be enough. Oh, and the problem is i want webkinz charmz, webkinz clothes (in real life they just made it) and some more webkinz as well as webkinz trading cardz! ACK! I'm hearing about savants and how they use their minds in extroidenary ways. The photographic memories. And then we only use 10% of our minds at once. I try so hard to understand. To look further than what we see. And I end up banging my head on the desk and wondering why I'm not like that. I just want to be smarter. Be deeper. just wondering if anyone has felt this way... ok so I had a bad break up with my girl of 2.5 years. its been 9 months since the break, she has a boyfriend, and im pretty much just hooking up with a few girls regularly and quite a few different girls randomly (no disrespect ladies) I took the break up really hard but got over the worst of it in about 3 months. now that i've been dating these other girls i am completely over M*r*s*a but now im kind of confused and sad because i dont miss her anymore or love her or for that matter care for her. she even kind of wants to get back and I dont want to. is this normal, good, bad, a** hole-ish? should I have waited longer before hooking up with all these other girls for in case our love could have been saved? i would really like to hear what you ladies think (oh by the way, she cheated on me not the other way around. Its very clear that a lot of people have misconceptions, I too had them. A lot of them spring up on these boards.

Catholics pray to mary.
Catholics believe their works will save them.
Purgatory can be lessened for a fee.

I mean its all so stupid, I read what people write and I shudder. People like that come across as being bery stupid. Not because I disagree with them (I can argue most of this from both sides) however it just shows a lack of knowledge, research, understanding.

So in an effort to clear things up lets list misconceptions that people have and then list what the real truth is, that might help people out a lot.

Now if someone explains something its pretty stupid to refute that based on your own belief.

So if someone explains how Catholics do not actualy pray to mary but ask for her prayers dont turn around and say "oh yes you do" because you come across as a fool!
