Yesterday I began with cold symptoms sneezing and runny nose. By night time I couldn't hear from one ear. Then I began to feel lightheaded and lose my vision. I went to the bathroom and I vomited. Started feeling cold and sweaty. In total, I had three episodes of lightheadedness and on the third, I blacked out. When I "woke up" from it, I was in another place and couldn't recall how I got there. (I was only a few feet away). I somehow stumbled my way to a telephone and called my fiance. I was at work when it happened and some hotel guests were about to call 911 when they saw me. This morning I had very thick brown vaginal discharge which I've never had before. It's consistency was that of hummus? I called my Dr. this morning and she had me come in to do a blood and urine test to see if it's pregnancy. Could it be a possible symptom? Have any of you experienced the same thing? My fiance and I have not really had sex except 2X in a period of maybe 3 weeks so I have 1week until my period.

Are there leading astrologers today who are also respected astronomers?

Recently watched again a special about Pluto as a planet and they mentioned that in earlier times astronomers were also astrologers so was wondering in todays time if there are any who study both.

A couple weeks ago they were crowing about the small number of hurricanes this season, thinking this completely disproved global warming. But the LONG-TERM trend in hurricanes is up, and it is linked to rising temperatures. It's a long-term trend, people.

I have pretty good shaped nails (naturally) i don't do anything extra to take care of my nails like go to the salon or anything. The most i do is put on nailpolish once in a while. I want to buy a hard drive but instead of installing an internal hard drive i just want to use an external one. can i use an external hardrive as my primary master?

This passage from Ecclesiastes comes from the Sunday readings of Aug 5th, 2007:

"Here is one who has labored with wisdom and knowledge and skill, and yet to another who has not labored over it,
he must leave property. This also is vanity and a great misfortune."

I don't really understand the literal meaning of these two sentences. Why does the first person have to leave property to the second? What property? What does it mean by "this ALSO is vanity"?

I work at a grocery store and there is a bank next to us. There are 2 handicaped spaces. Well I have noticed this porsche parked there every friday during my shift. I really never payed much attention until this old lady comes in almost crying saying that they guy cut her off took the spot and said he would only be a minute. She has had 2 hip surgerys and is painful for her to walk real far. She ended up having to park far down in the parking lot. So I went out and met the guy and he goes so what are you going to do about and gives me this smirk then he floors past a stop sign. So I called the police and told them this and the next week a cop met me and we both waited and sure engough the guy parked there again and ran into the bank. The cop went up and gave the guy a 250$ ticket. The guy was pissed. Then he came up yelling at me and I go well what are you going to do about it and walked away. Im so happy right now! Would you be that happy too?

I just asked a question in another section a minute ago, mentioning the fact that I was 106 lbs, size 0 and half the answers I received were people insisting I had an eating disorder, even after I explained to them that I likely have an overactive thyroid and had tried to gain weight. It wasn't even a health question, I was asking about clothing sizes. Yes, I am noticeably thin, but I feel fine, and have no health concerns except for some minor symptoms associated with my thyroid. I appreciate the concern and I know they think they are being helpful, but I get annoyed when people keep telling me I must have an eating disorder.

I'm 22 , 5'5 and106 lbs, never weighed more than 110 lbs, and have never had any health concerns regarding my weight. Is it really that bad, or do people just not believe that anyone can be that thin without having an eating disorder?
